QTranslate feels a free translator for Windows ( XP3/Vista/7/ 8/10). With this small asset, you simply prefer the text you want to translate and at that point press hot key (Ctrl+Q to present conversion in the popup window or Double Ctrl click in the direction of show specific translation in the main window). The program also carries the flair to speak text (Ctrl+E) and perform a dictionary search (Ctrl+Alt+Q). Also, you can open the main window and type writing manually.
